Can you please advise tenants not to hang clothes on their balconies. This is a great eye sore not to mention very tacky. It is somewhat embarrasing to me as well as my guests to pull up to the building and see clothes hanging everywhere on a balcony. It brings down the value of the community and should be banned. Building #800 to be exact. We all have washers and dryers in our units and should make use of them. Thank you for listening!

Thanks for your comment! We are sending a letter to building 800 today to notify residents that hanging laundry to dry on their patio/balcony is not allowed per the lease agreement. We appreciate you letting us know and doing your part to help keep the community beautiful!
